Tang Soo Do Forms

The following is a guide to the sequence of movements of the Forms used in Tang Soo Do.  The purpose of this section is to serve as an aide to your learning under the direction of a certified instructor.

To avoid confusion, we have used the term “BS” for back or fighting stance, “FS” for front stance, “HS” for Horse riding stance.

Memorize the meaning of these words....very important and could be asked of you during your oral exam at testing:
Pyung: Balanced, Peaceful and Calm
Ahn:  Safe, Confident and Comfortable
